Yele began her career as a Customer Information Service Officer at GTBank Plc in 2006, where she managed incoming customer inquiries across various communication channels. She then joined CardinalStone, where she built an exceptional 16-year career across progressively senior roles.
She served as Head of Asset Management Operations at CardinalStone Partners from 2010 to 2017. She then rose to Head of Client Relations, Innovation & Strategy at CardinalStone Registrars from 2017 to 2021, leading shareholder engagement, corporate communications, and service innovation initiatives that earned international recognition for customer service excellence. She subsequently served as Head of Probate and Digital Business from 2021 to 2022, driving innovation and digital initiatives that contributed to over 80% growth outcomes. She concluded her time at CardinalStone as Associate Vice President, Institutional Sales at CardinalStone Securities from 2022, where she drove institutional client engagement across asset managers, pension fund administrators, and insurance firms.
She assumed the role of Managing Director/CEO at Bucksfield Asset Management in August 2025, where she has since led the growth of the firm’s AUM by +2,470% in less than six months.
