ESG refers to the environmental, social, and governance factors that investors measure when analyzing a company's sustainability efforts from a holistic view.

The “E” in ESG means Environmental Responsibility, Alert Group has included the use of renewable energy and how it impacts the environmental as stewards of the planet. Some examples of environmental issues are the control of energy consumption, Carbon emission control, waste disposal, etc.

The “S” in the ESG means Social Responsibility, data shows that Alert Group attains its corporate social responsibility objectives through its various stakeholders: -

Governance in ESG covers how the Alert Group is governed and managed—this shows how management and staff are held accountable, as it has increased transparency in the organization. Some examples related to governance includes adherence guidelines of regulatory bodies, executive compensation, shareholder right, independent directors, board meetings, etc.
